Tui Blue Orquidea

Attended for the Sunny Kizomba Dance Festival May 2026 and have to admit what an absolutely great hotel. There was so much going on. It was clean, the staff were fun and it catered for all. The food was excellent that offered so much diversity and the staff were fun, interactive and accomodating. I highly recommend it for all groups and ages.. I look forward to coming back next year

Nous sommes venus pour le festival de danse Sunny Kizomba. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était agréable et serviable. Pour le repas, il y avait du choix tous les jours. Très bon. Le cadre en bordure de mer était magnifique. Nous avons bien dansé et les prestations mises en place pour l'événement étaient top. Nous espérons bien revenir l'année prochaine pour avoir encore de merveilleux souvenirs.

Absolutamente brillante

Our 10-night stay at Grupotel Orquidea- Playa Feliz is sadly coming to an end and honestly, I cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely outstanding. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every single day, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive, efficient, and respectful. During the weekend there was a Kizomba festival taking place at the hotel, so after dancing until late at night, we often slept longer in the mornings — and the cleaners were always considerate of this and never disturbed us unnecessarily. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. The staff across all the Orchidea Hotels properties we visited were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, and you could tell the team truly cares about guests having the best possible experience. The food was honestly out of this world. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, freshness, variety, and amount of choice available every day. There was a different cuisine theme regularly, which made every meal exciting and ensured we never got bored, even during a 10-day stay. The dessert section deserves a special mention — so many beautiful cakes, desserts, and absolutely delicious gelatos every day. The hotel also offers fantastic entertainment and facilities for families and couples alike. This time I came only with my partner, who is not a dancer and wasn’t participating in the Kizomba festival, yet he still thoroughly enjoyed the holiday thanks to the lovely pools, bars, relaxing atmosphere, and especially the SPA — which is 100% worth paying extra for. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the atmosphere of the hotel overall — it felt safe, relaxed, well-organised, and full of positive energy. The location is also excellent, with beautiful sea views and easy access to nearby areas around Gran Canaria. I genuinely have nothing bad to say about this hotel. We are already planning to return next year for the festival again, and next time we want to bring our family and friends with us so they also can enjoy the Kizomba festival with us and for the ones who don’t dance, can enjoy the hotel entertainment and the amazing pools. We will definitely be booking all inclusive because it is absolutely worth it. Thank you to everyone at Playa Feliz for making our holiday so memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to all my friends and family without hesitation.
